Northern California Gym & Fitness Center Remodels & New Construction

RCD Construction provided Design/Build services, meaning we provided the necessary ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING services to streamline the permitting process for this project. This is the first one constructed in the Sacramento, CA region. The construction consisted of converting a commercial warm shell into a new gym with a complete shower room, restroom and work out area. Structural supports for chin up bars and warrior ropes were apart of the build. F45 is an Australian based gym taking hold here in America.
